All orders must be signed-for upon delivery. UPS will not deliver without authorized signature. This policy protects the customer from theft and provides total security. However, you may waive the signature requirement when you place your order if you wish (if waived, Moku Man will not be able to guarantee safe and secure delivery of your package and will not be liable for theft or security of your order upon delivery). If you choose to waive this requirement, please indicate this in the Comments box on the order form, or the Comments/Instructions box on the printable mail/fax form, or tell the operator if you place your order by phone.

For Orders Shipped Outside the USA:
Moku Man accepts payment by PayPal*, MoneyGram or Western Union Quick Pay ONLY** — no credit card orders. Please read our policy on foreign orders (see exception below). We also accept Western Union Money Orders (make money orders payable to Moku Man Island Wear and mail to: Moku Man Island Wear, 561 E. Hines Hill Road, Hudson OH 44236).
*Note on PayPal: we only accept PayPal payments with a confirmed address; payments with an unconfirmed address will be automatically rejected.
**Exception: all major credit cards accepted for orders from active-duty US Military personnel, foreign- or domestic-based, shipped to all APO and FPO addresses. If you are active-duty US Military, go to our US Military Orders page for full information.
Shipping Information:
- Order Status, Time-In-Transit Info: go to our Order Info page.
- For Next Day Air shipping: add $60* to normal shipping fee. For USA orders only.
- For Second Day Air shipping: add $30* to normal shipping fee. For USA orders only.
- Shipping times: Generally, orders for in-stock items will be shipped in 1-2 business day after your order is received. All other items will ship from our warehouse in 3-5 business days. For full details, go to our Order Info page.
- For all orders shipped outside the United States*: Shipping & Handling (S&H) for all orders outside the continental USA (except Canada) is four times (4x) USA S&H. S&H for all Canadian orders is two times (2x) USA S&H. For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, please add an additional $15. *Exception: S&H for orders from active-duty US Military personnel based outside the USA, shipped to APO and FPO addresses, is the same as domestic S&H. Go to our US Military Orders page for full details.
- Shipping Method: We ship via UPS or USPS. UPS is our standard delivery method but UPS does NOT ship to PO Boxes... you MUST provide a valid street address for UPS delivery. However, we will ship to PO Boxes using USPS, but processing time will be increased by a few days and, if using a credit card, your PO Box shipping address MUST be the same as your credit card billing address (no shipments to 2nd party PO Boxes). We cannot provide a tracking number for USPS shipments to PO Boxes and you will be required to sign for your package when you pick it up at the Post Office. If you are active-duty US Military, your shipments are delivered by US Air Mail.
- Important: Restricted Delivery for 2nd or 3rd Party Orders: Items ordered from Moku Man for delivery to a 2nd or 3rd party (where the Ship To name/address is different from the Billing name/address of the person ordering) will be delivered via USPS. The USPS will require two positive forms of ID, including a photo driver's license (required) of the recipient.
Exchanges/Returns:
Claims or Request For Return Authorization must be submitted within 14 days
after receipt of shipment and must be in writing. No credit will be given without return authorization. Moku Man does not give credit for shipping charges. No cash/credit refunds after 14 days of receipt of goods, no refunds or exchanges on custom orders and/or used or worn items. No refunds or exchanges on orders shipped outside the USA. Orders shipped outside the USA are FINAL (Exception: orders from active-duty US Military personnel, shipped to APO and FPO addresses. See our US Military Orders page for details).
Returns on Christmas Gifts:
Since Christmas gifts are often purchased well in advance, any item purchased from Moku Man as a Christmas gift (in October, November, or December) may be returned AFTER Christmas for EXCHANGE ONLY (if returned AFTER 14 days of merchandise receipt). Cash refunds will only be granted if the item is returned WITHIN 14 days of merchandise receipt. As with any other return, authorization must be obtained within 14 days after the Christmas holiday, and item must in its original condition with all tags intact. Please read our return policy for full details.
Important! When you receive your package, DO NOT open the box with a sharp object! Moku Man will NOT accept returns on items that have been cut, punctured or scraped while opening the box!

Moku Man ships to all Military APO and FPO addresses and is the main supplier to our men and women in the U.S. Military.
The policy of Moku Man is that all related communication and information is classified and stays in the files of Moku Man Island Wear.
Moku Man Island Wear reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Warning: It is Interstate and International bank fraud to use a credit card that does not belong to you to make a purchase on the Internet, and will lead to imprisonment and/or major fines. Moku Man has an Electronic Transaction Tracking system securing the safeguard of all transactions, and Moku Man will prosecute world-wide. International orders are shipped via UPS. Moku Man shipments must be picked-up and signed for, with all proper identification, at Customs.
