Order/Deliver Info

Your Order Status:
Generally, orders for in-stock items will be shipped in 1-2 business day after your order is received. All other items will ship from our warehouse in 3-5 business days. Processing time: regardless of shipping method (ground, next day air, second day air), please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Shipping time: generally speaking, orders shipped by UPS Standard Ground delivery, east of the Mississippi, require approx. 2-3 BUSINESS days in-transit (in addition to normal order processing time); west of the Mississippi requires approx. 3-5 BUSINESS days in-transit (in addition to normal order processing time). Second day air is 2 BUSINESS days (in addition to normal order processing time); next day air is 1 BUSINESS day (in addition to normal order processing time).

Examples:
Ground Delivery: For in-stock items: 1-2 business days for order processing + 3-5 business days (does NOT include Saturday & Sunday) shipping time = 4-7 business days total.
2nd Day Air: For in-stock items: 1-2 business days for order processing + 2 business days (does NOT include Saturday & Sunday) shipping time = 3-4 business days total.
Next Day Air: For in-stock items: 1-2 business days for order processing + 1 business day (does NOT include Saturday & Sunday) shipping time = 2-3 business days total.
When we receive your order, it goes into our system and is sent to our warehouse for shipment. Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or altered (ie: color, size, or quantity).

UPS Tracking Numbers:

If you provided your email address with your order:
With our new shipping system, tracking numbers will now automatically come directly from UPS... please do not phone or email Moku Man to request a tracking number. If you provided your email address when placing your order, you will receive an email, directly from UPS, with your tracking number and shipping information. We will fill your order as quickly as possible, but please allow for processing and shipping before expecting a tracking number from UPS. Tracking numbers come directly from UPS and are emailed to your email address. If you do not provide a valid email address with your order, UPS will not be able to provide a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number ten days after placing your order, you may call the Moku Man Retail Store at 1-330-653-3743 or 1-330-653-3746 Mon - Fri 10am - 5pm ET or Sat. 10am - 3pm ET.

All orders must be signed-for upon delivery. UPS will not deliver without authorized signature. This policy protects the customer from theft and provides total security. However, you may waive the signature requirement when you place your order if you wish (if waived, Moku Man will not be able to guarantee safe and secure delivery of your package and will not be liable for theft or security of your order upon delivery). If you choose to waive this requirement, please indicate this in the Comments box on the order form, or the Comments/Instructions box on the printable mail/fax form, or tell the operator if you place your order by phone.

Note: We ship via UPS or USPS. UPS is our standard delivery method but UPS does NOT ship to PO Boxes... you MUST provide a valid street address for UPS delivery. However, we will ship to PO Boxes using USPS, but processing time will be increased by a few days and, if using a credit card, your PO Box shipping address MUST be the same as your credit card billing address (no shipments to 2nd party PO Boxes). We cannot provide a tracking number for USPS shipments to PO Boxes and you will be required to sign for your package when you pick it up at the Post Office. If you are active-duty US Military, your shipments are delivered by US Air Mail.

Foreign Orders:

Important!
Orders shipped outside the USA must be paid for by PayPal*, MoneyGram, Western Union Quick Pay or Western Union Money Orders ONLY* — Moku Man is no longer accepting payment by credit card for foreign orders. For more information, please read our
policy on foreign orders.

*Note on PayPal: we only accept PayPal payments with a confirmed address; payments with an unconfirmed address will be automatically rejected.

**Exception: all major credit cards accepted for orders from active-duty US Military personnel, foreign- or domestic-based, shipped to all APO and FPO addresses. For full info, please visit our US Military Orders page.

Note: we receive a large volume of customer service questions, so please allow 24 to 72 hours for a reply.
  • Returns and Exchanges: Before returning an item for refund or exchange, please read our Return Policy. Returns require a Return Authorization Number, and the way to obtain a Return Authorization Number is to contact customer service by email. You should receive a reply in 24-72 hours. Also, please remember that credit refunds on credit card purchases are not applied to your credit card immediately but will be credited on the next billing cycle instead, which is standard procedure.
