- Shipping Charges: Shipping & Handling (S&H) for all orders outside the USA (except Canada) is four times (4x) USA S&H. S&H for all Canadian orders is two times (2x) USA S&H. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, please add $15.00 to normal shipping fee. In a hurry? Next Day Air is available for USA orders only. Add an additional $60.00 to regular S&H charges. Please allow 2-3 days for order processing PRIOR to shipping. Second Day Air is also available for USA orders only. Add an additional $30.00 to regular S&H charges. - Active-Duty US Military: Info for orders from active-duty US Military personnel, shipped to APO and FPO addresses, can be found on our US Military Orders page.
- Payment Methods: Moku Man accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal (only with confirmed address), MoneyGram, Western Union Quick Pay, bank checks, GSA, and Impac. Personal checks not accepted. All other checks are held for 10 business days for clearance before ordered item(s) are shipped.
For Ohio residents only: Add 6.5% sales tax if you're a resident of Ohio. Sales tax is not required on orders placed and shipped to areas outside of Ohio (or outside the USA).

- Returns and Exchanges: Before returning an item for refund or exchange, please read our Return Policy. Returns require a Return Authorization Number, and the way to obtain a Return Authorization Number is to contact customer service by email. You should receive a reply in 24-72 hours. Also, please remember that credit refunds on credit card purchases are not applied to your credit card immediately but will be credited on the next billing cycle instead, which is standard procedure.
