An additional $10 is added for every additional $200 (example: if your order totals $400 before S&H, you'll receive a $20 Gift Card; if your order totals $600 before S&H, you'll receive a $30 Gift Card). - With phone orders. Give the operator your Gift Card number and the amount will be deducted from your order during order processing.
- With online orders. Using our website's shopping cart, enter your Gift Card number in the box located on the page where you enter your Shipping Address/Billing Address info; the amount of your Gift Card will be deducted from your order during order processing.
- With mail & fax orders. Enter your Gift Card number in the "Comments/Instructions" box and the amount of your Gift Card will be deducted from your order during order processing.
